IFS sessions with Matthew

Matthew offers 60 minute individual IFS sessions for adults, either in person or via video call.

In person sessions take place in his home consulting space in Alyburton Common - a 12 minute drive along the A48 from Chepstow towards Lydney.

Prices

2024 session prices:

a 60 minute session costs £60

Session fees are due online prior to the day that the session takes place.

24 hours notice is required to cancel any scheduled appointment.

What to expect

All new clients are first offered a free 30 minute initial conversation with Matthew, via video call. This is to determine whether we are a good fit for your needs.

Then, during your first session with Matthew, time will be given to hear about your hopes and desires for the sessions ahead.

At all times, the focus and pace of the work are determined by the client. As is the length of time working together.

Weekly sessions are advised when first starting out, and sometimes people require slightly more frequent, or longer sessions.
