IFS sessions with Matthew

Matthew offers 60 minute individual IFS sessions, either in person or via video call.

In person sessions take place in his home consulting space in Alyburton Common - a 12 minute drive along the A48 from Chepstow towards Lydney.

WhatsApp or other similar platforms are used for online video calls.

Current session prices:

a 60 minute session costs £55

24 hours notice is required to cancel any scheduled appointment.

What to expect

All potential new clients are first offered a free 30 minute introductory call with Matthew via video call. This is to determine whether we are a good fit for your needs.

Then, during your first session with Matthew, time will be given to hear about your hopes and desires for the sessions ahead.

At all times, the focus and pace of the work are determined by the client. As is the frequency and length of time working together.
